You Goat This Donation Program
Cancer struck the author's family in 2019 with her brother Geoff's diagnosis of Burkitt's lymphoma. During his 16-month fight, the real silly goats' antics, shared with him through photos and videos, gave him and their family so much happiness. They were such a distraction from cancer and were sure to bring a smile to your face as they chased each other around the yard and played together. They brought joy to a otherwise dismal time, and often times encouragement to keep on fighting.
In Geoff's memory, we introduce YOU GOAT THIS! Donation Program. Fans of Silly, Silly Goats can purchase a copy that will be donated to a pediatric cancer patient. Four Goats Publishing also donates copies of the book each year. Through this donation program, patients know that they are not alone in the fight.
We know that a copy of Silly, Silly Goats can't cure cancer, but is our hope that these goats will put a smile on the face of a child fighting cancer, just like it did for Geoff.
